I'd contact the store where you bought the phone. They need to find out what went wrong, and if it was beyond your responsibility, you should get a new one, or get your money back.
It will be ideal to check this out before it is resetted as the error code can be checked out for a possible solution without the software reinstalled.
all u need to do is to improve ur calibration
improve ur calibration but prefer to tick with thum
Plz type on your mobile keypad *2767*3855#....your mobile will be automatic restart
To re Calibrate
Go to setting>phone
The calibrate screen pops up follow the screen and with the finger or stylus click on the cross image.It will ask for 2-5 times until it is able to detect your response time.Then save the changes.
