I have a 99 nomad and found a tank that is bigger to fit but they wanted 800 american for it. found an add on from a place called tour buddy.com for 200 with all the fittings. fits on the back where the luggage rack goes. 4.5 gallons. I love it.
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
Two things... If you have a cable type clutch then the problem will surely be on the clutch cable. If it's worn out it tends not to engage. If you have a fluid type clutch, I suggest that you have the system bleed to flush out air and this can resolve the problem.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
Hi, Anonymous the answer to this question is way above my pay grade for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary, transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your problem.
