FORD torque

I do not confident with torque engine for ford ranger 2.5wl diesel.. Here u was posted in forum is rod bearing bolts is 30-36ft lbs..hope u can solve my problem as soon..as posible

mains - vertical bolts first 30 ft.lb. PLUS 90 degrees

connecting rod caps cracked type rod-rod and caps must be kept in matched sets, recommend new bolts/nuts, spec is 32 ft lb. plus 105 degrees - torque each item to the correct torque then go back and do the degrees. these are torque to yield bolts and the procedure is very important.

Cylinder heat bolt torque:

Torque sequence --------- front | 7 3 1 5 | | 8 4 2 6 | --------- Step 1: Torque all bolts in sequence to 14 Ft/Lbs Step 2: Torque all bolts in sequence to 29 Ft/Lbs Step 3: Torque all bolts in sequence to 36 Ft/Lbs Step 4: in the sequence, loosen the cylinder head bolts three turns. Step 5: Tighten short bolt to 15 - 32 Ft/Lbs Step 6: Tighten long bolt to 30 - 36 Ft/Lbs Step 7: Tighten all bolt to 175- 185 degree note: Do not loosen all of the cylinder head bolts at one time. Each cylinder head bolt must be loosened and the final tightening prior on the next bolt in the sequence.

Main bearing torque:

Torque sequence: Step 1: torque bolts to 91 Ft/Lbs with the exception of the rear main bearing cap Step 2: torque rear main bearing cap bolts to 88 Ft/Lbs Step 3: torque brace bolts to 40 Ft/Lbs
Connecting rod torque:
Torque sequence Step 1: Torque to 29 Ft/Lbs Step 2: Turn an additional 90 degrees

I don't know. Why doesn't Dana know these things before he takes his truck apart?

What is the rod torque for a 06 ford escape

The info that i have are for engine codes wl and wl2 (turbo) are

stage 1 27to 32 newton metres

stage 2 plus 90 degrees

Torque Settings Mains = 108NM
Big Ends = 54NM + 90° +90°
Flywheel = 122.5NM
Cylinder Head = 78 NM + 90° + 90°

Valve Settings
Exhaust = 0.40 mm - 0.50 mm
Intake = 0.20 - 0.3 0mm
